Error while attempting to convert data from PCDOS into PCWIN. The error will read "Unable to locate Installable ISAM's". Unfortunately this is a conflict we have encountered with certain equipment configurations and there is nothing we can do to help. The only thing we can do is offer to do the conversion for you and then send the Windows backup to them. This would be charged on a per/hour basis and should only take one hour. The normal fee is $75.00 but should be verified with Roger Leistad prior to committing.
