How to Print

Deposit Register Deposits Go to the Reports tab and click on the Banking Reports icon. Select the Deposits report by clicking on it once. Define the Date range on the left side of the screen and click the Advance button at the bottom of the screen to enhance the reporting options (for example: displaying the deposit slip detail).
Check Register Checks by Month Go to the Reports tab and click on the Banking Reports icon. Select the Checks by Month report by clicking on it once. Define the Date range on the left side of the screen and click the Advance button at the bottom of the screen to enhance the reporting options (for example: sorting the checks by check #).
Detail Bank Activity Bank Account Activity Go to the Reports tab and click on the Banking Reports icon. Select the Bank Account Activity report by clicking on it once. Define the Date range on the left side of the screen and click the Advance button at the bottom of the screen to enhance the reporting options (for example: printing detail or summary).
Detail Account Activity General Ledger Report Go to the Reports tab in the Accounting module and click on the Accounting Reports icon. Select the General Ledger Report and define the date range for the reporting period. Then simply click the Print button at the bottom of the screen. You can enhance the printing options (such as selecting certain accounts or sub-accounts to appear or not appear) by clicking on the Advance button at the bottom of the screen.
Receipts and Disbursement Recap Income Statement Go to the Reports tab and click on the Accounting Reports icon. Select the Income Statement and then click the advance button at the bottom of the screen. Pick the format and options on how you want the report to print and then simply click the print button.
Quarterly Tax Summary Taxes: Quarterly by Type Go into the Payroll module and click on the Tax Reports icon. Select the Taxes: Quarterly by Type. Choose the quarter you wish to print the report for under the date range options and then click the print button at the bottom of the screen.

How to Print

Tax Payment Register Check by Payee Go to the Reports tab (in the Accounting Module) and click on the Banking Reports icon. Select the Checks by Payee report by clicking on it once. Define the Date range on the left side of the screen and click the Advance button at the bottom of the screen. Change the option for the "Payee" field to Some by clicking on the radio button next to that option. An empty text box will appear to the right. Type the first four characters of the organization that you pay and then enter an asterisk (*) as the last letter in the name. This is called a wildcard. Using this wildcard the system will locate all the checks written to this particular "Payee". Unfortunately you will have to repeat this process for each tax.
Individual Employee Payroll Ledger N/A Not Available through one report. You can run a set of 2 to 3 reports to get the information.
Employee Payroll Summary Employee Payroll Summary Go into the Payroll module and click on the Reports tab. Click on the General Reports icon and select the Employee Payroll Summary. Define the date range for reporting purposes and then click the Print button.
941 Preparation Report Company 941 Report Go into the Payroll module and click on the Tax Forms tab. Click on the Print Tax Forms/Reports icon. Select the Company 941 Report by clicking on it once and then select the appropriate quarter in the drop down box at the bottom of the window.
NC Reg and OT Hours Pay Detail by Employee Go to the reports tab in the Payroll module and click on the Pay Reports icon. Select the Pay Detail by Employee report and define the appropriate date range for reporting purposes. Then simply click on the Print button at the bottom of the screen. (Each pay type (regular and overtime) will be subtotaled for each employee) OR you can select the Pay Detail by Type to get the totals by pay type. To run this report, simply select it from the Reports Selection window and define the date range. Click the print button at the bottom of the screen.

NC ERSUTA Tax Wage List Employer Quarterly SUTA Report Go tot he payroll module and click on the Reports tab. Click on the Employer Liability Reports. Select the Employer Quarterly SUTA report and simply click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
NC Wage and Tax Report Taxes Detail by Type OR Employer Overall Liability Report For instructions to run the Taxes Detail by Type please see the instructions below. To run the Employer Overall Liability Report, just go to the Reports tab from within the Payroll module and click on the Employer Liability Reports icon. Select the Employer Overall Liability Report and define the date range needed. Then simply click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
NC SIT Wage Report Taxes Detail by Type Go to the Payroll module and click on the Reports tab. Click on the Tax Reports icon and select the Taxes Detail by Type by clicking on it once. Define the appropriate date range and click the Criteria Wizard button in the upper right side of the window. The first screen of the wizard will confirm the date range specified (or you can change it here), click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. Click on the Add button on the right side of the screen and you will see a new line added in the criteria window. Move to the lower left selection box and choose the Tax option by clicking on it once. Now click on the combo box to the right of your selection and pick the appropriate tax. After the designated tax appears in the combo box field, click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. You can choose to hide information on the report however I suggest just clicking the Next button. The last screen in the wizard allows you to print the report to screen or to the printer. Once you have made your decision click the Finish button and you will be taken back tot he Payroll Report screen. Simply click the Print button and the report will either go to your printer or appear on screen.

The great thing about using the Criteria Wizard is that the system will remember your selections and you only need to change the dates for the next time.

940 EZ Preparation Report Company 940 Report Go into the Payroll module and click on the Tax Forms tab. Click on the Print Tax Forms/Reports icon. Select the Company 941 Report by clicking on it once and then select the appropriate quarter in the drop down box at the bottom of the window.
Bank Reconciliation Report Bank Reconciliation Go to the Banking tab within the Accounting module and click on the Reconcile Checks icon. Follow the Bank Reconciliation Wizard and on the last screen of the wizard you will be able to print both the Cleared Transaction Report and the Reconciliation Report. Simply click on the Print button at the bottom of the last screen and select the report you wish to print.
