Follow these steps (you can print this page out if you need to)

1. Go into People's Choice Accounting for Windows
2. Click on the Payroll Tab from the Main Menu
3. Click on the Setup tab
4. Click on Company Payroll Options
5. You will be taken to a Payroll Setup dialog box with three tabs at the top (Company, Setup and Options)
6. Click on the Setup tab
7. Find the "Minimum Hours for Week Worked" field
8. This number must be larger than 0
9. Once you have made the change, click on the Done button at the bottom right of the screen

You should now be able to create W2's without the error. If you still experience problems please call the Support Center.
