• From the Utilities menu, choose System Access and type in FOX as your password and then press <Enter>. At the Enter a FoxPro Command line, type DO FIXGROSS and then press <Enter>. You may have to type the payroll year to begin the process or the system will start automatically. This program will recalculate all payroll checks and post correctly.
