SafeChoice Solutions Manager is not active |

When trying to do a backup the error,
"Safechoice Solutions Manager is not active", does not allow the
backup to continue.
Overview: The Safechoice Solutions Manager opens automatically when People's Choice 5.0 is opened from the Blue Square Icon with the white PC on it. You will see an icon on your task bar with a picture of a folder with a printer on it. If you click on that icon and then close it by clicking on the X in the upper right corner of the Safechoice Solutions Manager window and then later attempt to have People's Choice perform a backup or print, you will get the error that the "Safechoice Solutions Manager is not active". Resolution: The Safechoice Solutions Manager opens automatically with People's Choice. If you receive the above error message just exit out of People's Choice and then go back in using the Blue and White PC icon. If the Safechoice Solutions Manager still doesn't open you should reinstall the PCDOS 5.0 program.
