Annual Maintenance Plan
The Annual Maintenance Plan includes one-hour of Technical Support and all program updates. Additionally, Maintenance Plan subscribers will save an additional 25% on other products including additional Support time, Choice Add-On Modules, extra users, Annual Payroll Tax Table Updates, and Payroll e-Filing, Data conversion and Customization Services.

Annual Maintenance Plan Terms & Conditions

Program Upgrades are for the program currently owned. Customers wishing to upgrade to a different program may do so utilizing the 25% discount.
The Maintenance Plan is for off-the-shelf products only and is not available to source code and customization customers.
The 60 free minutes of Technical Support provided with the plan will expire on the anniversary date of the plan.
Additional Support minutes purchased over the 60 free minutes provided will carry over to the next year.
Maintenance Plan subscribers will be contacted via email when updated versions are available for download. Please provide a valid email address and contact CTI if your email address changes.
Customers may request Upgrades/Updates to be sent on CDRom at a cost of $14.95 for shipping & handling.
