Besides tracking billable time, it can also track non-billable time
(research, education, sick leave, vacation, etc.) and report on any of
these time categories by department, employee, or service code in an
impressive number of formats. In addition, the time and billing features
can be integrated with a complete general accounting and trust accounting
system (including payroll) to satisfy
the special needs of legal firms.
Enter Data Once...The Program Does The Rest!
Each of the time and expense entries recorded are stored
in various databases as are each payment or adjustment to a client's
account. Every billable entry including: client write-ups and write-downs,
professional fees, direct and indirect expenses are all stored by unique,
customizable service codes to provide both current and historic management
reports. That data is then used for billing,
maintaining receivable balances, producing firm
management reports, producing explanations of charges for the client to
review, gauging employee performance and for gauging client profitability.
Using these stored database records, you can produce a
virtually unlimited number of reports to use in the
management of your professional practice. Bills can be
printed in nine (9) different formats.
